Important: The Baby Photo Gallery pages contain animation which requires one of the following to view: the Macromedia Shockwave plug-in, the Macromedia Shockwave-Flash plug-in, or the Futuresplash plug-in. It is also assumed that you have Netscape 2.0 or above, Internet Explorer 3.0 or above or a compatible browser. If you do not have one of these plug-ins for your browser or if your browser is not one of the versions mentioned, you may still be able to view your page, but you will see a static (motionless) image in place of the animation if not an error message.

To experience the full functionality of your baby page, update your browser (if necessary) and then follow the steps below (read all steps before proceeding):

Downloading the Shockwave Plug-in

  1. Go to Macromedia's Website
    • This link takes you directly to the page where you can download the Shockwave plug-in
    • NOTE: A new browser window will open to Macromedia's site. If you want to return to OCWMG, simply close the window.
  2. Download the Shockwave plug-in
    • Follow the directions provided on this page
    • The plug-in is free, but Macromedia requires that you provide some information about yourself
  3. Put the plug-in in the "Plug-ins" directory/folder for your browser
    • On your hard drive, locate the directory/folder containing the browser application (e.g., Netscape Navigator, Internet Explorer)
    • Put the plug-in in the directory/folder titled "Plug-ins"
  4. Quit and restart the browser application (not your computer)
    • The browser needs to be restarted in order to register the plug-in
  5. Return to OCWMG Baby Photo Gallery (http://www.ocwmg.com/baby.html) and enter your username and password
