OCWMG is pleased to announce the
opening of the new San Clemente office. This 3,500 square foot
facility is in a new medical building located in the Talega area of
San Clemente, at Pico and Vista Hermosa. This beautiful medical
building also features an on-site blood draw facility.
Appointments for that office are now being scheduled for all of our
physicians. We look forward to becoming an integral part of this
growing community!
Elizabeth Johnson, MD has
joined OCWMG!
OCWMG is proud to announce that
Elizabeth Johnson, MD has joined our growing practice! Dr. Johnson
received her medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School
of Medicine and completed her OB/GYN residency at Northwestern
University in Chicago. Dr. Johnson, her husband, and newborn son
have made San Clemente their home. We are excited to have her become
part of our physician team by bringing excellent patient care to the
residents of her community.

sure to check out our baby page. This is a very exciting project for
our patients. It has been up and running since March 1998 and the
reviews have been great! Special password protections have been installed for
the security of our patients. Sample pages are available for general viewing. Be

almost reached

Congratulations to Becky Reynoso!!
Congratulations to Becky Reynoso, Front Office Supervisor, who was voted the 2006
Employee of the Year by her fellow staff members. Becky first
joined OCWMG in September 1995.
In nominating her for this award, the
staff recognized her skills
in the position and her willingness to
assist her co-workers
whenever called upon. We are proud of the
work she continues
to do for us and we congratulate her on this
well-deserved honor.
Automated Appointment Reminder System and Lab Results
OCWMG has
implemented an automated system for confirming appointments
and another system for reporting 'normal' lab results. With in excess
of 6,000 appointments to confirm each month, the benefits of an
automated system are obvious. Appointments will be confirmed by the system. One
clear objective of this program is to reduce our 'no show' rates. For each 'no
show' we are able to identify in advance, we are able to
provide an opportunity for another patient to see her physician sooner.
The automated lab
result program will allow our patients to call in to the
computer and use a specific identification code to access their
results at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Any abnormal
results will, of course, be promptly communicated to you with a call from the
physician or nurse. We are confident that you will immediately
appreciate the added convenience of this program.
